Are your products authentic?
Product keys we sell are 100% genuine, unused, and working or your money back. You will be confident it’s genuine because you will download the software from its official download link and install it using its official installation instructions. You will then enter the product key or account credentials if prompted and the software should automatically activate.
It is very easy to spot fake product keys. First, the installation is dodgy. You will do things such as disconnecting to the internet prior to entering the product key or running a separate program that is usually virus-ridden to activate the product. A simple deviation from the official installation instruction is a sure sign it’s fake software.

I am looking for certain software and can’t find it.
As long as it is an existing software product, we can surely get it for you. However, some products have little demand for us to place them on our online shop. If you are specifically looking for a certain product, not in our store, let us know and we will see what we can do.

Why is it cheap?
When you purchase, you will only receive the product key. CD Installer, Manual, and Box are not shipped. Who needs those anyway? You can simply download the latest version of the software and read its corresponding manuals and documentation from the official download link we will provide with the instructions.
Purchasing
Can I purchase in bulk?
Yes, you can buy in bulk as many products as you need but it is always best to inform us ahead of time if you are planning to purchase in bulk. That way, we can plan ahead, prepare your order and issue all product keys instantly after we received the proof of payment.
Do I have to register an account to purchase?
Yes, for easier checkouts in the future and to have access to your purchase history which includes the list of all product keys you purchased. Do take note that we have a 99% repeat buy rate so we are somewhat certain you will purchase from us again soon.
To register, go to https://cheaperkey.com/my-account/ and click the Register button. Simply enter your email address and password. Ensure that your email is correct as we will use it primarily to send your product key or account credential.
How do I purchase?
Go to the Home page or the Shop page where you see the products. Mouse over the product and click add to cart below the product photo. Alternatively, simply click on the product photo and you will arrive on the product page. Click add to cart.
Once you are finished adding products you want to purchase to your cart, simply click the cart icon on the upper right portion of the screen and click checkout. Fill up the required information and select the appropriate payment method that you want. Click place order. Depending on the selected payment method, follow the succeeding instructions that will show on your screen.
What if I encounter a problem with my purchase?

Refunds and Returns
I purchased the wrong product Help!
If the product key was already issued, this is no anymore exchangeable for another product or refundable. It is very important to be certain that you are purchasing the correct products before checking out.
If a product key was not yet issued, contact us immediately. We would simply cancel your order so you can order the correct product.
I want a Refund?
Once a product key is issued, it is no anymore refundable or exchangeable except in a very rare scenario wherein the product key was determined to be defective. A common mistake that occurs in almost all cases of a non-working product key is due to an invisible space accidentally copied when the buyer copy-pasted the product key.
Example: The product key is 1111-2222-3333. The buyer will highlight the product key but mistakenly highlight the space between “is” and “1111” thus, pasting *1111-2222-3333 where the asterisk (*) represents the copied invisible space.
However, in an extremely rare scenario that the product key was determined to be defective, you have the option to replace the product key or get a full refund as promised. Do take note that reporting a non-working product key is very difficult to prove as the key can be validated officially.

Shipping and Payments
I did not receive all the keys I have purchased?
The sending of the keys is immediately but sometimes the email goes to Spam Inbox. Please, check your Spam Inbox before writing us but if you don’t see anything, please write us through email (admin@cheaperkey.com)
I need a USB installer for the software I purchased.
When you purchase a product key, we will send you an instruction on how to install the product including a download link hence, a USB installer is not necessary. However, there are people with a very slow connection that finds it difficult to download an entire operating system. There are also cases where there is no installed OS on a PC, to begin with.
What payment methods are accepted?
Our preferred payment method is Visa with any Credit or Debit Card.
When can I receive the product purchased?
Purchase using Visa allows your order to be sent almost immediately after you send the payment.
